Herbal tea steeping instructions for best benefits.
You will need individual teabags or a strainer. Strainers can be purchased along with your blends.
Preparing your tea:
To begin the best healing process you should consume your tea at least 2 to 3x per day. If you have purchased multiple teas and would like to know if they can be combined “yes” but make sure to add 8 ounces per each teaspoon of herbs🌿 Max recommendation when combining is two teas at a time. When combining teas drink twice a day. Herbal teas are digested properly when consumed 30 minutes before a meal and 1hr after.
Boil 8 ounces of water.
Pour boiled water into a 8 ounce mug or jar.
Place a teaspoon of your herbal blend into the mug or jar with your hot boiled water.
Place a glass (please use glass only) lid or a saucer plate over your jar or mug containing your boiled hot water and herbs.
Leave your tea covered and allow it to steep for 15-20 minutes MAX.
Once steeping is complete, strain the herbs & dispose of them.
Allow your tea to cool down almost to room temperature. (lukewarm) before consuming for best benefits.

Leftover teas unrefrigerated is good for up to 12hrs. When refrigerated teas are good for up to 48 hours.
Herbs should always be stored in a cool dry environment. With lid sealed properly. Herbs are a natural plant and can attract gnats if not stored correctly.
Shelf life for herbs are five year, the best beneficial potency is within the first year.
Precaution:
(All medication should be taken four hours before or four hours after herbal teas.)
