Yoga Apparel Exchange Policy
1. Exchange Window
Eligible Items: We accept exchanges on most items purchased from our online store, as long as the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and labels intact.
Exchange Period: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to exchange your items. After this period, unfortunately, exchanges will not be accepted.
2. Condition of Items
Unworn & Unwashed: Items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition. We cannot accept exchanges for items that have been used, washed, or damaged.
Tags & Packaging: All original tags, packaging, and accessories (if applicable) must be included with the item for the exchange to be processed.
3. Eligible Items for Exchange
Clothing Items: All full-priced, unworn clothing items are eligible for exchange.
Non-Eligible Items: For hygiene reasons, our leggings/shorts, are not eligible for exchange unless defective.
Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or with a discount may be exchanged for store credit only, not for another product.
4. How to Initiate an Exchange
Step 1: Contact our Customer Service team at [thehealerbynature@yahoo.com] within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the item(s) you want to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.
Step 2: We’ll send you a prepaid return label to ship the item back to us.
Step 3: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we’ll process your exchange. You can choose a replacement item or opt for store credit.
5. Exchange for Different Size or Color
If you’re exchanging for a different size or color, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. The item must be exchange within the 30-day window and confirmed as in stock.
6. Exchange Processing Time
Return Processing: Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your returned item.
Shipping Time: Once the exchange is approved, we will ship your new item within 3-5 business days, depending on availability.
7. Shipping Fees
Return Shipping: We will cover the return shipping cost if the exchange is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Exchanges for Different Size/Color: If you’re simply exchanging for a different size, color, or product, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
8. Defective or Incorrect Items
If the item you received is defective or not the item you ordered, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a return and send you a replacement item at no extra charge.
9. Final Sale Items
Certain items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. These items will be clearly marked on the product page. These items include clearance sales, limited-edition items, or personalized/customized products.
10. Store Credit
If you prefer store credit instead of an exchange, we can issue a gift card for the value of the returned item(s) minus any original shipping costs. The gift card will be valid for 12 months from the issue date.
